Our Terms of Business that follow explain how IEF conducts its business, what you can expect from us and the details of any financial commitment should you choose to make one whilst using our services. 
 
Our Customer Promise:
IEF and its representatives take great care in ensuring you are provided with the best customer service & we aim to deal with your enquiry promptly and professionally, with best advice being of the utmost importance to your enquiry. 
We aim to ensure any questions you have throughout your enquiry are answered with accuracy and total transparency to the best of our knowledge and any issues or queries are dealt with to your complete satisfaction.
 
Our Service:
IEF’s representatives utilise their long-standing experience within the banking and finance sector to match your individual asset finance requirements to a product choice that we believe is right for you, sourced from an extensive panel of some of the UK’s major lenders. Financial products we offer are Hire Purchase; Lease Purchase; Operating Lease; Finance Lease and Commercial Loan products.
You will pay no fee or commission to IEF for using our services. The lender who provides the asset finance meeting your requirements will pay us a commission for arranging the funding.
Before entering a Contract, we will provide you with Pre-Contract Information and/or a detailed finance quotation detaining all terms/conditions and costs applicable to the facility.
